MESSAGE TO STUDENTS AND JUGES

 

Please check your emails regularly for updates regarding judging and fair day. Such info includes judging tips, groups, interview times and other important information. 

 

The WRSTEF is glad to be hosting its annual 60th fair after its virtual edition last year and the hiatus before that.

 

Please read the following update :

 

• Students have until March 20th, 2023 to upload the link to their report. This report must be viewable by all with the link (mainly our judges). If you forgot how to share a document, this document will show you how to do so with OneDrive and Google Docs.
• For students, on Thursday the 23rd or Friday the 24th, you will receive an email with the Zoom link and your appointment time. 
• For judges, on Thursday the 23rd and Friday the 24th, you will receive emails with the Zoom link, and the description and project reports for your perusal before fair. 
• Your teachers will also get a copy of these times so if you don't get an email, please check with them. 
• Judging will take place all day. If we need to see you for a second interview, we will send an email with the second appointment time. 

 

The proposed itinerary is :

9:00 - 9:30 -- Judge briefing

9:30 - 9:40 -- Judge organizing in their breakout rooms

9:40 - 12:00 -- Interviews

12:00 - 12:40 -- Lunch

12:40 - 14:40 -- Interviews

(*) Students must be available until 15:00.
