An-Noor Private School - Health Sciences AwardA $100.00 prize and a gold medal are sponsored by An-Noor Private School and presented to the top projects in the novice, junior, intermediate, and senior divisions. This award acknowledges projects with the outstanding scientific quality designed to highlight the dynamic aspects of health and the human body. An-Noor Private School - Innovation AwardAn-Noor Private School will sponsor and present a $100.00 prize and a gold medal to the top Engineering projects in the novice, junior, intermediate, and senior divisions. Essex Region Conservation Authority AwardProjects related to either the conservation of soil, wildlife, forests, or flood and erosion protection in all divisions will be considered. FACCA Technology AwardThis project should be related to engineering technology, tool and mold making and/or applied sciences. A medal and $50 prize will be presented to the best projects in Novice, Junior, Intermediate and Senior divisions. Sponsored by FACCA Incorporated.
Genio Tech - Robotics AwardA medallion and monetary award will be provided to three outstanding projects in any division and any category which apply robotics and coding to address a real world issue. Sponsored by Genio-Tech Robotics.
Gold Excellence Award - Intermediate DivisionA $50.00 prize will accompany each gold medal. Sponsored by Dr. Robin Deans, Ophthalmology & Ocuplastics and Reconstructive Surgery.

Hindu Temple and Cultural Centre - Oral Communication AwardA medallion and $30 cash prize will be awarded to a project in each of the Novice, Junior and Intermediate divisions in which the student(s) present their projects with outstanding confidence, enthusiasm and a passion for science. Hindu Temple and Cultural Centre - Visionary Award A medallion and $30 cash prize will be awarded to a project in both the Junior and Intermediate divisions in which the student(s) demonstrate a genuine understanding and ability to answer questions regarding their scientific research which is well advanced beyond the student's academic grade level. Intrepid Construction and Technology AwardA plaque and monetary award will be given to an outstanding project in either the junior, intermediate or senior division which is focused on the structures, processes and techniques that build the world around us. Junior Division - Gold Excellence Award A $25.00 monetary award will be presented to each recipient of the Gold Excellence Medal in the Junior Division. Sponsored by Dr. Robin Deans, Ophthalmology & Ocuplastics and Reconstructive Surgery.
Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Divisions - Gold Excellence Award A $50.00 monetary award will be presented to each of the Intermediate and Senior Division Gold Medal Excellence Award Recipients. Sponsored by Dr. Robin Deans, Ophthalmology & Ocuplastics and Reconstructive Surgery.
Legal Focus LLP - Persuasive Scientific Writing AwardA medallion and monetary gift will be presented to two students in each of the junior, intermediate and senior divisions who demonstrate exemplary written communication skills.Sponsored by Legal Focus LLP.
Novice - Gold Medal Excellence Award A medal and monetary award will be presented to each of the Novice Gold Medal Excellence Award recipients. Sponsored by Dr. Amani Zabalawi.
PEO - Engineering AwardA plaque and $100 prize will be presented to the best Junior, Intermediate and Senior Project related to Engineering and/or applied science. Partners must split the prize. Sponsored by Professional Engineers Ontario - Windsor Essex.
ProCrafts Solutions Inc - Engineering and Construction AwardA medallion and cash prize will be presented to two outstanding projects in the novice division that study the principals of construction and engineering in an innovative way. Rose City Elementary School - Computer Science and Mathematics AwardA medallion and monetary award will be presented to three projects in the novice division for their innovative use of computer programming and mathematics in the project design. Rose City Elementary School - Engineering AwardA medallion and monetary award will be presented to three projects in the novice division for their ingenious use of engineering principles in their project presentation. St-Clair College CWSF Grand PrizeThis prize will contribute towards the travel expenses and cost of sending two of the top science fair project winners to Canada Wide Science Fair in May to Fredericton, New Brunswick. Grade 7 - 12 students are eligible to be chosen to represent the Windsor/Essex Region. Sponsored by St-Clair College.
The Dr. Desai - WRSTEF Brain PrizeThe WRSTEF Brain Prize is awarded to one project in the junior, intermediate or senior division for outstanding contributions in any area of neuroscience. A certificate and monetary award will be presented. Sponsored by Dr. H. Desai.
The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy Health Innovation AwardA medallion and monetary award will be awarded to one project in the novice division and one project in the junior, intermediate or senior divisions which develops an innovative solution to a health care problem and improves the health of patients. University of Windsor - Faculty of Education Excellence AwardThis $500 award bursary celebrates the involvement and encouragement provided by the teacher and school in supporting student participation and encouraging excellence. It is given to the school that receives the most medals (bronze 1 pt, silver 5 pts, gold 8 pts.) A school may win the award only once in a three year period. University of Windsor - Faculty of Science CWSF PrizeThe University of Windsor Faculty of Science Prize will recognize an outstanding science project. This prize will contribute $2,000 towards the travel expenses of the winning scientist so that they can attend the Canada Wide Science Fair. University of Windsor Entrance ScholarshipThe University of Windsor seeks to acknowledge the best Gold Medal Winning senior project from the WRSTEF. This $2000 scholarship will be applied to tuition fees when the student is registered in an undergraduate Science or Engineering program at the University of Windsor. In the case of a partner project each student would receive a $1000.00 admission scholarship. Sponsored by University of Windsor - Student Awards and Financial Aid.
University Of Windsor Faculty Of Nursing Health Sciences AwardThis award seeks to acknowledge a total of three outstanding projects. One project in each of the Novice/Junior, Intermediate and Senior divisions which demonstrate experimental research in the field of health will receive a medallion and a $50 bursary. Sponsored by University of Windsor - Faculty of Nursing.
uOttawa Entrance Scholarship$1,000 entrance scholarship applied to tuition fees when the student registers in an undergraduate program at the faculties of Science or Engineering at the University of Ottawa.
In the case of a two-student project, each student will receive a $1000 admission scholarship if they register in appropriate undergraduate programs at the University of Ottawa. Sponsored by UOttawa.
Windsor Essex Catholic District School Board - CWSF PrizeThis bursary is given to one deserving student who is chosen to represent the Windsor Region at the Canada-wide Science Fair to be held in Fredericton, New Brunswick beginning in May 2025.Sponsored by Windsor Essex Catholic District School Board.
Windsor-Essex Chapter of Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists AwardDeserving projects in engineering in the novice, junior, intermediate and senior divisions will receive a medal and a cash prize.
