Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Windsor Regional Science, Technology and Engineering Fair. Please verify the deadlines on the sidebar and select the appropriate registration form above.

Space Registration forms are filled by the principal or teacher contact for your school. Email addresses must be from the corresponding board or private school email system. Please note that the maximum amount of projects is twenty (20). Any unused spots may result in a registration fee. Home schooled students must contact us at email.

Project Registration are filled by the participant, or by one of the team members using the PIN provided by the teacher-contact. These PINs are solely for your school and cannot be traded. Any misuse of these PINS will result in your project being rejected from the WRSTEF.

Judging Applications are for interested individuals who would like to judge at the upcoming fair. New this year, the application will be reviewed by one of our chief judges and you will receive a confirmation email if accepted. Please note that from time to time, you may receive emails from the WRSTEF regarding the upcoming fair. Please adjust any spam or junk filters to allow emails from wrstef.ca. We are experimenting with SMS and social media. Please add us to your Facebook or Twitter feeds.

Volunteer Applications Volunteers are required for various duties before, during and after the fair. Assistance in preparing gift bags, supervising information booths, being a door marshall, runner and/or security personal are just a few responsibilities that need to be covered. We are looking for all types and ages of individuals. No previous experience is required, although an advantage. Students requiring hours of volunteer service towards their OSSD requirements should bring in their form for signatures by the end of the day. (No validation will be provided after the fair). For any questions or interested parties, please send your email to the Volunteer Chair. Due to conflict of interest, family members of any participant in the fair will not be permitted to volunteer. Thank you for your understanding.
