Hello and welcome back !

Last Minute Fair Information

The following email was sent to participants and teachers

Dear participant,

We are excited to meet you and have you present your project this saturday.

Project drop off and check in is at the CAW center starting at 8:30 AM until 10 AM. You are responsible for parking, if that is the case. There is no free parking at the University nor on the streets. Some parking lots may be cash only.

There will be lots of walking so bring comfortable shoes. Also bring your own water bottle. There will be filling stations on campus.

An itinerary is available on our website at https://www.wrstef.ca/students.  Your parents can come back starting from 2 PM for public viewing and teardown. The award ceremony will be on Sunday March 24th in room CE 1100 in the Engineering Building. The novice ceremony is at 1 PM and the Junior, Intermediate and Senior is at 3 PM. Parking may or may not be free on Sunday on the streets.

Good luck !! If you have any questions, please email the chair.

Thank you,

WRSTEF

Judging Assignments are completed. You should have received an email with your assignments and other information. Please see the judging page for more judging information.

Changes for this year

Registration Fees

Registration fees are $30 per person. The participation cost for a student is roughly $60 with half of these costs covered by our generous sponsors.   (Late fees will be $50 per participant.)

New Project Categories

We have rearranged our project categories to align ourselves with YSC, our parent organization. Projects will now be registered in one of these new categories:

If you are a Novice Participant (Grade 4 to 6), you are automatically registered in the Curiosity category. When registering, we ask that you specify the topic of your project.
